Only when we know ourselves well about our values, beliefs, desires, likes and dislikes, strengths and weaknesses, we can understand other people, our surroundings and circumstances correctly, and can make better decisions in life.So, knowing ourselves is essential to our growth and success in life.I may not be stronger enough, smart enough, beautiful enough, intelligent enough, but I am what I have every moment, in good and in faith, in sickness and in health.
So, do not beat up yourself, do not be hard on yourself so much, and stop judging every step of yours.
Be kind to yourself, be present for yourself even when no one is around. Pat your back for your smallest accomplishments because progress equals happiness.
So keep pace with yourself and stand by and with yourself every time beca you are the one who understand you better and know who you are and what you want exactly from life.
There had been so many people in my life who made me feel like a foolish person, who made me feel uncomfortable, stupid and unwanted, but still I overcame all of those insecurities and pain because of you.Your affection and companionship made me overcome pain and miseries in life. When I was miserable, when I was actually acting stupid, you did not laugh at me, you laughed with me.
When someone made me feel terrible, you stood by me and cursed that person to make me feel better. You accept me for who I am in good and bad.I need not have to pretend to be someone else, I need have to please you to get your attention and love. You be there when I ask you to be, when I need you to be.I feel at ease and peace when you are around. I never felt the need to say ‘I love you’, but here I am saying it out loud-‘I love you’, for being there without any condition
A habit is a routine of behavior that is repeated regularly and tends to occur subconsciously.If we want to change or alter something in our life we need to change our habitual thinking and behavioral pattern, which is formed through regular repetition.Change in our habits changes our old pattern of thinking and behavior, which in turn changes our way of thinking and looking at things in life. It changes our overall perspective about something.
Attitude on the other hand is a set of emotions, beliefs, and behaviors toward a particular object, person, thing, or event. It is determined by our goals and values in life.Attitudes are often the result of experience or upbringing, and they can have a powerful influence over behavior.We all are imprinted with certain set of beliefs and values in our childhood itself, which we attach to our identity and believe as our reality.
But, if our values, beliefs and identity doesn’t serve our purpose in life, then we need to change our attitude towards life in order to achieve our goals.Identity is basically how you self define and how you self describe. It’s basically is who you see yourself as, which drives your behaviour. It’s your story about yourself. So your identity is basically how you see yourself.
And what’s interesting about identity is a lots of it comes from your goal. Whatever your goal is thats a big part of what you’ll view as your identity.Whatever goal you have for your future alternatively drives your identity and your identity drives your behaviour and over time that reflects your personality.
Our identity builds our attitudes and our attitudes determines our perceptions and values.So, keep adapting and evolving according to the changing environment because by constantly changing our identity, our beliefs are perspectives about anything in life changes.
